We want you to love your Soko Glow purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@sokoglow.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions from there.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
